Our consignor information is secured on a free standing computer system that is not on-line. In that way, the confidential information cannot be "hacked" in or seen by an outsider. The information on this system is password protected and is only available to authorized personnel. All financial data regarding payouts is totally secure.
Customers
Customer information is secure and never shared with any outside entity. All credit card information is
hidden from us as we never see more than the last four digits on the credit card. Credit card purchases made on our web site are handled through a third party, Authorize.net, who handles all authorization of transactions and transfers all data in an industry approved format. Our web site server is secure and as such we are compelled to run a scan on the server on a regular basis. Thus no financial information can be lost to a potential hacker. We are totally credit card safe through a combination of three different entities: Security Metrics, Geo Trust and Authorize.net. Affirmation of this security can be seen on our web site with their respective seals of approval.
